Product Details   BMW E36 sunroof delete kit will allow you remove 32 lbs from the highest point of the car, which will improve weight distribution and cornering abilities. The fit and finish is base the original OEM specs with added style by incorporating carbon fiber materials. The sunroof delete kit is designed to fit original mounting holes with ability to reuse original mounting hardware if needed. Note: Must drill 3 holes in the center roof support for the back 3 holes on the panel. For those that are interested in reinstalling the headliner must make a center support tab to attached headliner and preventing from sagging. The delete kit can be flexed a little to allow the installation if you have a roll cage installed. For those of you who have removed the mechanism of sunroof and left the original metal lid in place you can still save around 10 lbs by installing this kit.
