What is your shipping policy?
  All shipments are sent by UPS, FedEx, or USPS & a signature may be required for delivery. If there is a situation in which the order requires a specific shipment option it is the responsibility of the customer to contact us as the time the order is placed. 

Orders received on our website will have an approximate shipping charge quoted. The exact shipping charges will be on your invoice that is emailed to you. 

Your credit card will only be charged at the time of the shipment. All website orders will be pre-authorized on your credit card at the time the order is placed. This is to ensure the funds are available to charge at the time the order shipped & billed. Once the order is processed and the product is shipped the charges will be billed to your credit card. 

If an item is not available when your order is processed, we will contact you via email & phone to inform you of the delay. At that time you may continue with your order or you may cancel the order. 

Sometimes, in order to expedite your order delivery, if we dont have the product available we will drop ship certain items directly from the product manufacture.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Our website will have an approximate shipping charge quoted. The exact shipping charges will be on your invoice that is emailed to you.

Free Shipping - Free shipping on any item only applies to the continental USA. Alaska, Hawaii and Any International shipments are still required to pay for shipping, although we will may discount the rates as a courtesy. Any items that were purchased with free shipping and returned will be subject to our return policy guidelines. See our return policy "Here"
