The Aim Sports MXL2 is the newest iteration of AiM's highly praised MXL Dash & dashloggers. The new MXL2 is designed to acquire and display data coming from over 500+ types of ECU's*, as well as the internal 3 axis accelerometer and gyro, GPS module(now included in the kit), 8 analog and 4 digital inputs*, predefined math channels and even has 2 digital outputs* now on board. Your performance and data capture can be enhanced by the ability of adding up to eight expansion modules. One of the greatest new features is the ability to configure, calibrate and download your data wirelessly over a secure 802.11WiFi connection.

Freely Configurable Pages
You can define up to eight different custom pages, choosing from a wide variety of page styles from the library, defining which data to be shown, their end of scale and measure units.

Sharp LCD Display
The MXL2 new display features a high contrast traditional LCD screen with a black to white ratio nearly double that of the older MXL, now fused with a graphical LCD offering tremendous flexibility in information display and alerts. The MXL2 now includes a dual colored backlight with high contrast white and red that can also be changed conditionally. A built in ambient light sensor ensures it stays backlight at optimum brightness levels.


Flexible Alarms & 2 Digital Outputs*
Six different alarm LEDs lets you choose the conditions, the colors and the flashing frequency. You can configure them in order to turn them on/off depending on analog or digital inputs, ECU values, expansion values, GPS information or math channels. You can also associate an alarm LED with a message and your choice of 2 digital outputs* for an event. This will allow you to automatically run external systems, i.e. to switch on/off additional lights, to activate or de-activate a cooling fan or circulation pumps, etc. when a certain event happens.

Integrated Customizable Shift Ligths
An integrated shift light was the hallmark of the MXL lineup, but now the new MXL2 houses an even better 10 LED shift light array. Choose from a host of advanced multicolored RGB shift light patterns that can be customized to your liking, and for each unique gear when required



Race Studio 3 Included
Race Studio 3 is the heart of your MXG, managing all your activities related to:

  • Configuration
With Race Studio 3 you can create, modify, delete, import and export configurations with all channels, ECU drivers, Math channels, Display Pages, Digital outputs, Alarms, Shift Lights and all the expansions you need. You will also be able to manage the map of all your racing tracks and compare two laps watching the video recorded by SmartyCam HD cameras.

  • Anazlysis
With Race Studio 3 you can also analyse all data recorded by MXG by downloading to your PC. Graphs, histograms and tables will help you study your driving, providing an objective support to avoid mistakes and improve performances.
