How do I return an item?

Return Policy
  • All packages without a valid RMA number will be refused at time of delivery!
  • Custom Orders cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  • Any returns of merchandise must be made within 30 days from the date delivered.
  • All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • Returned items may not have been installed and must be in new, unused, and re-sellable condition.
  • Shipping Charges are not refundable, if item was sold with a "Free Shipping" promotion the shipping charges we incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Process:
1.) Contact our customer service department to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping anything back.
2.) Carefully repackage the items to be returned to ensure that no damage occurs during transit. If damage does occur due to improper packaging the return will be denied.
3.) Clearly Mark your RMA number on 4 sides of the package and shipping label.
